The launch of the Imagination Library of San Antonio will occur in phases. Initially, not all areas will be served as we establish the foundational infrastructure and secure the necessary resources. The initial phase will target specific zones based on need and readiness, allowing us to build a robust operational framework.

As resources become available and the program gains momentum, we will expand our reach to include more zones. This phased approach ensures that we can provide consistent, high-quality service to all participating children and families. Our goal is to eventually cover all eight zones, making books accessible to every eligible child in San Antonio.
